1 yellow sweet OnionDra
2 carrots
1 lb 80/20 ground beef
1 lb ground pork sausage (preferably sage flavor)
1 small bag frozen peas
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp thyme
1 cup beef stock
1 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
9 tbsp. of butter
3 lbs of Potatoes
16 oz sour cream
8 oz of cream cheese
¼ cup of hidden valley ranch mix

Potatoes:
Peal potatoes and cut in large chunks.
Boil in pot until soft.
Drain all fluid then add butter, sour cream, and cream cheese. Blend with hand blender or potato masher until smooth.
Add Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix and stir until incorporated.


Filling:
Brown ground beef in cast iron skillet then remove to a bowl leaving grease in skillet
Repeat the process with the sausage
Chop onions and carrots
Cook in grease
Add meat back to skillet
Add beef stock , Worcestershire sauce , thyme , salt , pepper , and flour.
Let mixture thicken then add frozen peas.

In 9 x 13 casserole dish pour filling in, then top with mashed potatoes

Place in oven at 400º F for 20 minutes
