-3-4 lbs. cube steak

-2 cups of flour

-1 tsp. salt

-1 tsp pepper

-1 cup cooking oil

-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

-1 lg. can tomatoes

-1 lg. can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat steak in flour mixture. Heat oil in large skillet and brown steak on both sides. Arrange steak in large baking dish or 13 X 9 inch pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over steak. Add tomatoes and tomato juice. Sprinkle with flour mixture left from beginning to thicken sauce. Stir flour through about 3-4 tablespoons. Cover. Bake at 350 º until sauce thickens and bubbles, about 2 hours.
