1 cup lemon juice
2 t. flour
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, sugar, and flour in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 1/4 cup into beaten eggs. Return to pan. Cook and stir for 15 minutes or until mix coats a spoon (do not boil). Cool. Fold in whipped cream and chill. Serve with your favorite fruits!
