1 Small Tomato, diced
½ c. Cucumber, cubed
¼ c. Green Onion, chopped
4 basil leaves, chopped
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs (thyme, oregano)
8 Kalamata olives sliced
¼ c. Ruff chopped Parmesan Cheese
⅛ c. Premium olive oil
1 T. Premium Balamic vinegar
Sea Salt and course ground pepper to taste
Romaine lettuce leaves
lemon juice to taste

Chop and cut all vegetable ingredients, place in bowl.

Add olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and all herbs, mix well

Add sea salt and course ground pepper to taste.

Tonight Kaden was spending a boys' weekend with grandpa and Uncle Doc (Grant). It was bed time and the phone rang. It was Kaden, who proudly said, I have something to show you, he said in his 6 year old voice. He began, 'Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep, but if I die before I wake, I pray the Lord my soul to take.' There's something so innocent and sweet in listening to a child say prayers. A reminder that there is power in giving God a chance to share our thoughts, to know our hearts and to bathe in His glory. Irony... 'Pray for the wisdom of prayer'.
