1 pkg. fresh spinach
1/2 head red lettuce
1/2 head iceburg lettuce
1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
1-2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
sliced red onion
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, cut to bite size pieces
mandarin oranges (optional)

3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 T. green pepper
1 T. poppyseed
1 t. dried mustard

Toss all lettuce together. Sprinkle on top cheese, mushrooms, onion, bacon, and oranges. Mix until blended well all ingredients for dressing in blender. Pour dressing over salad and toss right before serving.
