3-5 lbs. Chuck Roast of Pork Loin
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix- dry
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix- dry
1/2 stick Butter (NOT Margarine)
8 Pepperoncini Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up a large skillet on high. Add olive oil to hot skillet and sear meat quickly on all sides. Transfer meat to the Crock-Pot. Sprinkle onion soup and dressing mixes on top of meat.

Cut butter into pieces and put on top of meat. Then place the peppers on top and around meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 8 hours. No liquid needed.
