¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp mixed chopped fresh herbs ( Italian flat leaf parsley, chervil, chives)
Juice of ¼ lemon
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender whiz together the butter, garlic, and herbs. Remove to a bowl, season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Then beat in the oil until smooth. Roll and chill until steaks are done.
