1 carton (16 oz.) chicken broth
1 to 1 1/2 # velveeta cheese
2 pkg. California frozen vegetables
6 pack beer of choice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot heat the chicken broth, cut 1# of the velveeta cheese into chunks, add slowly stirring constantly to prevent burning, when the cheese is melted, add 1 can of beer, simmer 10 minutes.

Add 1-2 more beers & 1/2 # more cheese to your taste.

Add vegetables , stir & simmer over low-medium heat for 20 minutes.

Watch closely to avoid scorching.
