1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 - 3-1/2 lbs boneless chicken cut into strips
1 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken strips into butter
and roll in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in baking dish
& bake at 350 uncovered for about 30 minutes.
