2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 sm. cans mushrooms (optional)
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs. round steak (cubed)
1 cup sour cream
3 cubes beef bouillon
1 1/2 cup half/half

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Roll beef cubes in flour. Saute while adding onions, salt, pepper and boulion cubes. Add 3 c. water. Cover and simmer gently for 1/2 hr. Add tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, sour cream and half/half. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice or noodles.
