Zucchini, sliced (not peeled)
onion, sliced
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put onion and squash in a skillet and cook on medium heat for 1 minute.
Turn over with spatula, cover and cook an additional five minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and cook 1 minute or until melted.
