⅔ cups cornmeal
1 cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
⅓ cup sugar
1 egg
¾ cup milk
2 T. melted shortening
weiners

Directions:
Directions:
Blend above all ingredients, Dash wieners well & dry. Dip into batter & fry in hot grease until done. Makes 30 corn dogs.
