Personal Notes:
The "Egg Dish" is legendary in the Matthews family. When we think of Christmas morning we think of this fabulous dish. We fondly remember David picking off the sausages. We also remember how good the house smelled while the dish was baking. This tradition spun off another one as Mike has been having this dish while watching The British Open for over 20 years now. This dish will live on as I predict Lennon will be making it for her children one day!
