3/4 C chopped onion
3/4 C chopped green pepper
3/4 C chopped celery
1 T dried parsley flakes
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 C V-8 juice
1pound of walleye fillets

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine all but fish; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until vegetables are crisp/tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Place fish in 9x13 pan, pour vegetable mixture over fish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

I served this over rice. The juice is really thin so may want to add some flour to it, to thicken the juice up.
