2 cups of cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 12 oz bag of mixed vegetables
3/4 cup milk
2 14 oz boxes of pie crust
4 pot pie tins

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll one pie crust. Turn over pot pie tin. Place pie crust over pot pie tin and shape. Cut off excess pie crust. Turn pot pie tin right side up. Place pie crust inside pot pie tin. Repeat with remaining three pot tins.

Combine the turkey, mixed vegetables, soup and milk in large bowl. Mix together. Divide mixture between the four tins.

Take remaining pie crust. Knead dough into four balls. Roll out and place over each tin. Cut off excess. Seal the edges with a fork. Poke three holes in top.

Place pies on a shallow baking pan. Place in a 350º oven. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes or until brown.
