1 c. butter
1 ½ c. sugar
1 ½ c. brown sugar
4 eggs
3 t. vanilla
4 ½ c. flour
3 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
5 c. chocolate chips
2 c. sweet coconut
2 c. chopped almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
3. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
4. In large bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time mixing between each.
5. Stir in vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed.
6. Then add chocolate chips, coconut and almonds.
7. Drop by tablespoon on prepared cookie sheet.
8. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.

You could try to use sweetner substitute in order to keep the sugar content lower. Or, you can simply indulge!
