⅔ c. maple syrup
½ c. Dijon Mustard
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
⅓ c. packed brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
15 lb. ham

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Slice ham and layer alternately with sauce; marinate overnight.
3. Bake 1 ½ hours at 350º
