1 can tomato sauce-divided 2 lbs ground beef 1 medium onion 1 cup bread crumbs 1/3 cup A.1. 2 eggs beaten 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Reserve 1/2 can tomato sauce. Mix remaining tomato sauce, meat, onion, bread crumbs, A.1., eggs and pepper. Press mixture into 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes, pour off fat. Top with reserved 1/2 can tomato sauce and bake an additional 10 minutes.
