1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

crumb topping ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Line muffin tin with paper liners and set aside
In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon
In a small bowl combine milk, oil, and eggs
Pour wet ingredients into dry until well combined, and scoop into muffin tin 3/4 of the way
For topping, combine flour, sugar, spices, and butter and sprinkle evenly on muffins
Put in oven at 350 for 17-20 minutes
