1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup shortening (butter crisco)
2 eggs
2 tblsp milk
1 cup bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. In another bowl mix sugar, shortening, and milk. Add dry mix to shortening mix. Add bananas and bake 60-65 minutes at 350 .
