Shells:
2 sticks margarine softened
1 8 oz packages cream cheese
2 cups flour

Filling:
2 8oz packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Topping:
2 Small jars of preserves (whatever flavor you like)
I use Polaners All fruit in strawberry and blueberry

Directions:
Directions:
Shells: mix ingredients, roll into 1 inch balls, then pad into mini muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18- 20 minutes.

Filling: (Use Mixer)
Mix ingredients well, spoon into cooked shells.
Do not take the shells out yet, just add mix to baked shells and bake another 10 minutes....do not let the filling turn brown. That may mean 7-8 minutes...depends on your oven.
Cool on baking rack and use a teaspoon to put on fruit topping.

We like Polaners all fruit for topping......
Be sure you do not brown the filling, it will make the filling tough, not soft. This is a Beard Family Favorite!
