1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/8 c. shortening (I use half butter/half margarine)
2 c. peanut butter
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 T. baking soda
1/2 T. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Press in a jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Top with chocolate frosting.
