3 Eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup bisquick 1/2 cup margarine 1 pkg of bacon bits or peices (1/2 cup chopped bacon) 1 small can mushrooms (drained) 1 Red Pepper 1 Green Pepper 1 Small onion chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper1 cup mild or sharp shredded cheese
Saute 2 Tablespoons of ,margarine peppers, and onion. Mix eggs, milk, margarine together, then add bisquick, stir in sauteed peppers and onions, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
