Ingredients: 2⅓ cups all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 c (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 c packed light brown sugar
½ c granulated sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 bag (8oz) chopped milk chocolate toffee pieces (ex: Hershey's Heath Bar baking pieces)

Directions:Heat oven to 375º . Coat baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
In large bowl, beat together butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
On low speed, gradually add in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and toffee pieces.
Drop batter by tablespoon onto prepared baking sheets and bake at 375º for 12 minutes or until golden . Cool baking sheets on wire racks for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool completely. |
