One cup of Butter
One cup of light cream
Two cups of grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
One pound box of Fettuccini
One pound of chicken strip
Egg wash
Italian bread crumbs
Oil

Directions:
Directions:

Cook Fettuccini as directed on box. In a large skillet heat oil. Take chicken strips and dip into egg wash and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry chicken in oil until cooked. In large skillet add butter and light cream. Heat over low heat until butter is melted. Slowly add the cheese and stir constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over cooked fettuccini and chicken.
