Crust
1 1/2 c graham water crumbs
3 tbsp sugar
1/3 c butter, melted

Filling
4 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Combine crust ingredients and press in bottom of 9" springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 55 minutes or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
Refrigerater for at least 4 hours
