1 1/3 c milk or water
4 c flour
4 tsp onion seeds
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
8 tbsp clarified butter
4 tbsp yogurtWhis

Directions:
Directions:
whisk warm milk/water with yeast and sugar until yeast dissolves. Let stand in warm place 10 minutes. Add flour, salt, 4 tbsp butter, yogurt to yeast. Mix to form soft dough, knead 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in large greased bowl, cover let rise 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size. Punch down and knead 5 minutes. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into 8" round. Cook naan on very hot grill 2 minutes per side or until puffed and brown.
