1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp italian seasoning
2 tsp salt
2 cans stewed tomatoes (398 ml)
2 cans tomato paste (156 ml)
10 lasagna noodles
1 kg cottage cheese
1 c parmesan cheese
3 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb (500 g) mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat, add garlic, 1 tbsp parsley, italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook noodles. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan, eggs, 1 tsp salt, pepper and 2 tbsp parsley

Layer 1 cup meat
1/2 noodles
1/2 cheese
1/2 mozzarella
1/2 meat (around 3 cups)
repeat, finishing with meat

Bake at 375º 45- 60 minutes
