1 large can hominy, drained
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 T. oil
1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground comino
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add hominy and seasonings. Stir in cheese. Transfer to greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for about 15 minutes.
