4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

For the Rub:
4 Teaspoons Black Pepper
4 Teaspoons Salt
4 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Sugar

For the Sauce:
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
4 Teaspoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the chicken breasts. Dry chicken with a paper towel. Cut chicken into strips or cube.
In a small bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with the dry rub and coat each piece. Put into a baking dish and sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.

In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion powder and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients. Simmer partially covered, for 25 minutes longer.

Pour sauce over the chicken. Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
