1-1 1/2 Cups of Rice
Vegetable Oil
1/2 Small Onion
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tomatoes
2 Cups Water
1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put enough oil in the bottom of a pan to cover the bottom. Heat oil. Add salt and rice to the oil and let brown. In a blender, add tomatoes, 1/2 onion, garlic, and about 2 cups of water. Blend until well blended. After blended, pour into your hot brown rice. Be careful because you will have lots of steam when you pour into the rice. Let come to a boil. Put lid on the pan. Turn the pan down to low and let cook until no moisture is left. Only stir occasionally , maybe 2 times to keep the steam in the pan. Once there is very little moisture in the pan, its ready to eat! Fluff with a fork.
