Ingredients:
See Pizza Dough Recipe (make 1 pizza dough for 1 Bonoda)

1- 1.5 lbs Ground Beef (Season meat to taste with Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder)
2 medium Onions (Blend to have moist consistency)
1 Small block Romano cheese (cut into small cubes)
1 package of leaf spinach (thawed)
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make pizza dough using recipe (or purchase from your grocery store).
If making fresh dough, while it is rising, brown ground beef, season meat to taste while cooking with Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder. Once cooked, put aside in a bowl.
Saute onions and then place in a blender until liquefied. Add liquefied onions and cubed cheese to meat mixture. Roll out your pizza dough into a circle. Place half the circle on a cookie sheet (the other half should be on table). Put meat mixture on the half that is on cookie sheet. Squeeze out the juice of the spinach and put the spinach on the meat. Sprinkle the spinach with dash of salt. Flip the other half of the dough and pinch to close (like an apple turnover). Fork top of Bonoda. Preheat the oven to 400º. Cook for 10 minutes and then oil the top, place back in oven until light brown in color.
