6-8 Potatoes
8 oz. Sour Cream or to taste
2 cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
Minced Onions
1 stick Butter or Margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil unpeeled potatoes until barely tender. Cool, peel and slice.

Melt butter in saucepan; add sour cream, onions and soup.

Put a layer of potatoes in Crock-Pot, then layer of cheese mixture, then layer of potatoes again, etc.

Cook in Crock-Pot on LOW for 6-8 hours.
