1 lb. sm. White Beans- dry
1/8 tsp. Liquid Smoke
4 tbsp. Molasses
1/8 tsp. Accent
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1-2 tsp. Salt
1 med. Onion- whole

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beans thoroughly and soak overnight.

In the morning, place beans in large saucepan with molasses, vegetable oil, liquid smoke and Accent. Peel onion and add whole to beans. Add water enough to cover beans.

Cover pan and cook at 200º (slow simmer) for 4-6 hours, or until beans are tender. Onion may be removed when beans are done.
