2 pkgs frozen spinach (chopped or whole) ½ pt sour cream 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese Garlic salt to taste Bread crumbs (enough to cover) Butter (enough to dot over top)
Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and press out liquid. Mix spinach, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Spoon into casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
