"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 t. salt
4 ounces butter
I recipe cooked yogurt (see recipe)
I recipe meat-nut stuffing (Hashwa No. 2)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare one recipe of Hashwa No. 2.

Rinse and brush squash. Cut off the neck and core out seeds, leaving a thick shell. Rinse in salted water. Stuff squash with cooked stuffing. Melt butter in a baking pan and add squash. Saute in oven, stirring often, in a 350 degree oven, until squash is coated with butter and partly cooked. Remove from oven, place in a 2 quart saucepan; add I cup hot water; cover and steam until squash is tender to touch.

In the meantime, prepare the plain yogurt sauce (see recipe). Pour cooked yogurt sauce, while still hot, over squash. Let mixture cook until thickened like gravy.
