2/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 6 oz bag Craisins
2/3 c. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375.

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix. Combine the oats, flour, soda, and salt. Add it to the butter/sugar mixture in several small additions, mixing well between each addition. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate chunks.

Drop in rounded teaspoonfuls onto an UNGREASED cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

This recipe can actually be found on the back of a Craisins bag. My mother-in-law made them for me for Christmas one year, and it became a fun holiday tradition. These are so good. I think they are light and hit the spot!
