12 slices of bacon, cooked
1 large onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
4 28 oz cans of pork and beans
1/2 c. bbq sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbs yellow mustard

Cut and slice bacon and onion. Cook. Add peppers. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Bake at 325 for 2 hours.

Note: Sometimes I need a quick version. I buy Ranch Style beans with peppers, onions, and jalepenos and skip the peppers and onions up top. If I do that, I reduce the number of cans of pork and beans too. Usually 2 cans of Ranch and 2 cans of pork!

If I'm out of bacon, I just use sausage.
