2 heads of broccoli--washed and cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1/2 c. craisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
10-12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Dressing:
1 c. mayo
3 tbs balsamic vinegar or white vinegar
3 tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the dressing ingredients and set aside.

Combine all salad ingredients. Then pour dressing over the salad. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

My aunt, Rhonda Vassar, makes this salad. It is delicious! I usually don't like this type of thing, but it is very good.
