1 Beef Shank Bone with Meat
1 Quart Water
2 Medium Yellow Onions, diced
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
1 Medium Zucchini, sliced
12 ounces Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2 Fresh Carrots, quartered and sliced
2 Stalks Fresh Celery, halved and sliced
1 - 15 ounce can Diced Tomatoes
1 - 15 ounce can Chick Peas, drained
2 Bay Leaves
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
1 Place shank bone in Crock-Pot.
2 Cover with water. Turn on Low and cook all night
3. In the morning, add all of the rest of the ingredients.
4 Cook all day on low. Serve with fresh Italian Bread.
5 Enjoy!
