1 round of Brie or Camembert
1/2 Jar of Apricot Jam (you can use cranberry if you prefer)
1 cup Walnuts Crushed

1 Baguette to serve
olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cut Cheese in half horizontally. Place first half in oven proof dish (around about the same size as cheese).

Spread half of jam on top of cheese and sprinkle with half of walnuts. Repeat process with second half of cheese, jam and walnuts.

Bake in oven until soft, beginning to melt and slightly bubbling around edges.

Serve with toasted baguette:
Slice baguette on a diagonal about 1/2 inch thick. Coat one side of each slice with olive oil using a pastry brush. Place on cooking sheet, olive oil side down. Toast for 5-6 mins (until golden)
