3 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. baking powder
2 Tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until frothy, add vanilla, zucchini and oil. Blend in rest of ingredients. Add nuts last. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees in a greased, floured tube pan.
