Ingredients: 5 - 8 oz Philly cream cheese 2 3/4 cups of sugar 3 tbsp. flour 6 large eggs 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. lemon juice
crust 1/4 cup melted butter 2 cups ground graham crackers

Directions: |
Directions:put melted butter in a large cheese cake pan with a removable bottom. Add crakers and tap sides to spread the crumbs around the sides of the pan, Set aside
Mix cream cheese with suger until well blended. Add eggs one at a time until they are all well blended Add flour and mix in completely. Mix in flavors am]]nd heavy cream. Pour into pan and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350% or until knife inserted in center if cake comes out clean. Cool completely in pan then remove by pushing up the removeable bottom. |

Notes: you can leave out the lemon and add melted unswettened chocolate to make chocolate cheese cake, or just add chocolate chips. Also this can be baked as 3 cheese cake pies in graham cracker pie shells you can buy pre-made. Bake them abour 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
