1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp. salt
2 Large eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. warm melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat overn to 450 degrees- grease popover tin. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Whisk together flour and salt. In another bowl whisk together eggs, milk and butter. Pour liquid mixture over flour mixture. Fold until blended. Do not beat. Fill cups 2/3 to 3/4 way full. Bake 15 minutes at 450, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 20 minutes. Do no open oven while baking. Serve hot.
