Ingredients:  
5 lbs round steak
2 tomatoes - chopped
4 bunches whole scallions
2 onions, chopped
3 bell peppers, chopped
3 jalapenos, hopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 small bottle spicy V8 (single serving)
3 raw potatoes, cubed
1 can tomato sauce
2 horseshow smoked sausages, chopped
4 cans ranch style beans
1 1/2 cups flour or corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak
Add tomatoes, scallions, onions, bell pepper, jalapenos and cilantro.
Add 1 gallon of water to cover everything
Add V8 and tomato sauce.
Bring to a boil and boil 20-30 minutes
Add potatoes and cook until almost soft.
Then before potatoes get to soft add sausages and beans.
Add thickener (flour or corn starch)
Simmer and then done
