1/4 cup butter
2 med zucchini cubed & unpeeled
1/4 lb crushed crackers
1 jar mushrooms
2-3 slices of american cheese
1/4 cup butter if needed
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 butter - add 2 medium zucchini cubed & unpeeled, cook till soft stir in 1/4 crushed cracker, 1 jar mushroom, 2-3 slices of cheese and 1/4 butter if needed stir together - put in casserole dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
