2 c. bread crumbs
3 4/ c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. melted butter
8 pieces chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients except the butter and chicken. Roll the chicken in the melted butter and then roll in the crumb mixture to coat the chicken well. Place in oiled baking pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
