1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 large eggs
3 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
2 3/4 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. cream sugar and butter.
2. add eggs, one at a time.
3. add lemon extract.
4. add remaining ingredients.
5. mix in flour 1/2 c at a time.
6. cover and refrigerate for two hours.
7. use #40 scoop. lightly roll each ball into sugar and place 3x5 on baking sheet. DO NOT FLATTEN BALLS.
8. bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes
