2 lbs of ground beef (8x8 pan) or 3 lbs (9x13 pan)
2 eggs
1/2 cup Almond Flour (you can use bread crumbs if you prefer)
Seasonings:
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tablespoons of fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil
2 teaspoons of Italian or other seasoning mix
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup - 3/4 cup pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (8 ounces)
Toppings: Pepperoni, and Veggies if you like

Preheat oven to 350º
1. Mix ground beef, seasonings, flour and eggs.
2. Press into pan - 8x8 for 2/bs of meat, 9x13 for 3 lbs of meat. Press meat up against sides to form a "crust" to eventually hold the toppings in.
3. Bake in oven for 50 minutes - remove from oven and drain grease.
4. Spread pizza or spaghetti sauce over top of meat pizza.
5. Top with shredded cheese and any other toppings you would like- pepperoni, green pepper onion etc.
6. Return to oven for about 10 minutes until toppings are cooked and cheese is melted.
7. Enjoy!

This is one of the non casserole meals I remember my mom Mary Ann Holden making when we were growing up. It was quite the opposite of many meals where casseroles stretched meat ingredients this one showcased it! You can really customize the meat mixture to make it your own - add whatever seasonings you like in your pizza , even parmesan! It is one of those dishes you can make from memory which is my favorite way to cook!
