2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans tuna
1 can tomato soup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onion and green pepper in oil until soft. Add rice, tuna, soup, seasonings. Mix well, pour into casserole. Top with crumbled potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
